- Explore the Spanish language section of a bookstore or online and find 2 books you would like to read based on what you read. Show books/authors/and why
- Create a wishlist of 10 or more items from Amazon.es. Post the wishlist, share with me.
- Listen to an all latin music station on Pandora/Sirius/etc. For 30 minutes, What songs were played, Which was favorite/least favorite
- listen to 5 clips on audio-lingua.eu Which ones? and what were they about?
- Create a pinterest board of at least 7 different recipes in Spanish using an ingredient or spice that is common in one or more Spanish-speaking countries but is not common in the US. (ex. Tamarind, hibiscus,mole,tomatillos,saffron)
- Watch the Spanish language trailer of a movie you’d like to see. Locate a theater in a Spanish speaking country that is playing the movie. Print or snip the movie schedule. Guiaocio.com may help
- Download any language learning app or visit a website. Play for 30 minutes screenshot results

- Watch any 2 Spanish language commercials on YouTube and in writing, compare the products sold. Also add any cultural aspects of the commercials
- Read a spanish language newspaper for 30 minutes. Write a summary of what you learned.
- Watch a 30 minute tv show in Spanish and summarize.
- Complete a Spanish song on lyricstraining.com and report your results.
- Watch 5 videos (intermediate or higher) on www.laits.utexas.edu/spe/ Write a summary of what you learned.
- Go to meme martes on Pinterest and read 20 memes. Which were your favorites and why?
